Job Title: Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Location: Denver, CO (On-site, NO REMOTE)
Employment Type: Part-Time (W2 employee, 3 days/week, potential to grow to full-time)


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team part-time. This in-house role is vital to supporting our brand’s visibility and voice across digital channels, with a focus on creating marketing collateral, managing social media platforms, and pushing out articles and company updates.

This is a W2 employee position based in Denver, Colorado. We’re looking for someone who can work three 8-hour days per week on-site, with flexible scheduling and room to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:

    • Create and schedule posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms.

    • Monitor engagement and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

  • Marketing Collateral Creation:

    • Design and develop flyers, promotional one-pagers, event graphics, and branded content for both print and digital use.

  • Content Distribution:

    • Push out company articles, blog content, and updates across email, social, and web channels.

  • Light Web Support (Bonus):

    • Update and maintain website content (especially if experienced with WordPress).

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a small business or startup setting.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple social platforms and create engaging marketing content.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite).

  • Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.

  • Bonus: WordPress editing experience, Google Analytics, and light HTML/CSS.

Soft Skills:

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $20–$30/hr, depending on experience.

  • Hours: 24 hours/week, with the potential to transition to full-time in the future.
