Position Summary
They are looking for a Vice President of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global marketing strategy. In this role, you will lead resources in Europe, Australia, and North America to build upon their strong traditional marketing success while opening new opportunities with digital and digitally integrated marketing.  

 

Responsibilities

Own Marketing Strategy: Partner with cross-functional leaders, marketing team and partners to spearhead holistic marketing strategy focused on both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion. 

Guide Funnel Optimization: Work with demand generation and partners to oversee and refine the customer lifecycle and all journeys within, analyze and report on the effectiveness of all demand-generating marketing channels, and guide which efforts to scale or adjust. 

Scale Systems, Processes & Standards: Own the team tech stack and strategically optimize how we leverage our tools and systems, own partner relationships, develop the team's ability deliver outstanding integrated campaigns by efficient and effective processes and standards.

Goals and Resourcing: Set, measure, and report on progress toward short and long-term department goals aligned with company strategy; identify and prioritize resource needs; develop and manage annual marketing budgets, spending and other financial considerations

Team Development: Nurture and grow a team of outstanding ICs within demand generation, product marketing, brand, content, and creative; Retain and recruit (where necessary) top marketing talent. 

Strengthen and Strategically Leverage our Brand: Work with content, brand, and creative teams to oversee the development and execution of integrated strategies to increase brand awareness and sentiment and communicate our vision across the industry.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • History of scaling B2B SaaS go-to-market motions.
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles, creating integrated marketing experiences that drive revenue.
  • Excellent leadership skills, history of building high-performing teams, and working with globally distributed stakeholders.
  • Experience building marketing programs for international audiences.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly articulate and diplomatic, able to leverage data-driven insights that support courses of action.
  • Ability to listen and build authentic connections with customers and teammates.
  • Always curious, always learning, and never afraid to ask questions. 
  • Passion for working in and managing a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Experience developing brands from positioning and messaging strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated consistent ability to grow inbound pipeline through unified strategies that leverages specialists across all available channels: SEO, paid advertising, organic social, content and email marketing.
