What will I do?
Work with field service technicians and customers to provide troubleshooting support for Enphase solar equipment. Document all activity in a central CRM/Helpdesk software platform. Assist other team members with troubleshooting and tend to admin tasks as necessary. Professionally represent Enphase and abide by all company policies and standards of conduct.
What are the pay and benefits?

What are the job requirements?
*Bilingual is a must- English/Spanish, English/French, English/Dutch
*2+yrs product-based tech support experience
*2+yrs customer service/support & call center experience
