Position Summary:

SOBRsafe, Inc. is seeking a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Account Executive to help drive new business growth within the behavioral health and adjacent markets. This role is designed for a go-getter sales professional who thrives on outbound activity, follow-up, and building momentum through consistent effort.

This role is built for high-output outbound activity, fast qualification, and consistent follow-through in a short 1–3 month sales cycle environment. It is an inside sales / business development role focused on high-volume outreach and disciplined execution.

The ideal candidate is a high-activity outbound professional with 2–5 years of SDR/inside sales experience who thrives in KPI-driven environments, is comfortable making 50+ calls per day, and is excited to grow within a mission-driven health technology company. This is not a long-cycle enterprise role and is best suited for a disciplined, activity-driven sales professional who enjoys structured outreach and measurable performance goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work a targeted prospect list and execute daily outbound activity (calls, email, sequences) to
    generate and progress opportunities.
  • Run a repeatable outbound process: research light context, connect, qualify, schedule
    meetings/demos, follow up, and drive next steps.
  • Manage a short-cycle pipeline with urgency, moving deals forward and closing within a 1–3 month window.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through high-volume calling and structured follow-up.
  • Qualify quickly and consistently, set meetings, and advance opportunities through early and mid-stage pipeline.
  • Support deal progression through pricing discussions and contracting in a short-cycle environment.
  • Maintain clean CRM data: log activity, update stages, document next steps, and forecast accurately.
  • Follow up relentlessly: revive stalled deals, handle objections, and keep momentum with structured cadences.
  • Coordinate internally with leadership and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and strong
    early customer experience.
  • Learn the product and speak clearly to outcomes (not just features) for behavioral health and
    adjacent use cases.
  • Hit weekly activity and pipeline targets.
  • Success in this role is measured by:
    • Daily outbound call activity
    • Meetings set and held
    • Opportunities created
    • Closed revenue within a 1–3 month sales cycle

Requirements

Experience & Background:
  •  2–5+ years of inside sales / outbound B2B experience (BDR/SDR, inside AE, or hybrid role). 
  • Proven ability to succeed in a high call volume environment with disciplined follow-up.
  • Experience closing short to mid sales cycles (near-immediate to ~3 months preferred).
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, medical device, or adjacent regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Candidates must be comfortable in a high call-volume environment with daily outbound expectations and measurable activity benchmarks.
  • Excellent follow-up habits; organized and persistent.
  • Comfortable with metrics and pace: activity goals, pipeline goals, and close goals.
  • Solid discovery and qualification skills; able to drive to a decision.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern outbound workflows.
  • Professional written communication (email, LinkedIn) that supports the calling effort.
  • Self-managed, consistent, and coachable.
Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Location & Work Environment:
  • Remote.
  • Must be able to come into the Greenwood Village office periodically.
  • Standard Monday-Friday business hours with flexibility as needed.
  • Minimal travel, if any.
