Position Summary:
Push Pedal Pull is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery operations of fitness equipment to both residential and commercial clients in Minnesota. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role will manage a team of delivery drivers, coordinate logistics, and ensure efficient delivery execution.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role will manage a team of delivery drivers, coordinate logistics, and ensure efficient delivery execution.
Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, ensuring professional and timely deliveries.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and schedule deliveries, ensuring efficient routes and on-time performance.
- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth loading and delivery of products.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols during delivery operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in delivery or logistics management, preferably in the fitness equipment industry.
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy fitness equipment.
- License: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
