Travel: Approximately 40% required
Compensation Range: Total compensation with bonus and commissions expected to range from $140k to $200k. Base salary range from $105k to $130k depending on experience. Kicker bonuses with no caps after achieving annual sales targets.

Our client seeks a passionate, driven Regional and Special Markets Account Manager to identify opportunities and drive market share in Special Markets across Eastern North America. This role is pivotal in managing
relationships with CHCs, Government/Institutions/Hospitals, Group Practices/Emerging Group
Practices, and GPOs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Regional
Dealers, including advertising, promotions, spiffs, and purchasing. Additionally, this role involves
managing national dealer accounts in the Eastern half of the US, building impactful relationships
with key sales teams (Schein, Patterson, Benco, Darby, Burkhart), and supporting national
promotions and spiffs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate constantly with teams to drive market share and support sales efforts.
  • Attend regional, national, and Special Markets conventions/meetings.
  • Coach and be open to coaching, providing customer insights to support product development and enhancement.
  • Maintain high standards in performance, customer delight, and product knowledge.
  • Employ creative strategies for success and build win-win scenarios in negotiations.
  • 5 years of Sales experience (Required).
  • Experience managing distributor sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
  • Dental industry experience a plus.
  • Passion for sales leadership and developing impactful relationships.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Team player, supporting various organizational departments.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
